Subscription and Billing Management

Overview

This document will give you a high level overview of managing your ImmyBot Subscription and Billing. Most day-to-day plan and billing changes can now be made directly from the Billing page.

If you need help with a change that isn’t available from the Billing page, make the request in writing to [email protected]

Prerequisites

An active ImmyBot subscription or trial

  • MSP Admin role, or the RBAC permission to manage billing, on your user account.
  • We are assuming you’re logged into ImmyBot.

Subscription Management

  1. Go to the Billing page

    • Show More > Billing
    • The Overview tab shows your current plan and status (trial, active, or non-renewing, including any scheduled cancellation date), along with feature cards showing what’s included in your plan and how much of each you’ve used.
  2. To change your plan

    • Use the Compare Plans section on the Overview tab to switch plans, or use the Customize my Plan button on a feature/add-on card (such as Monthly Maintenance Slots) to adjust its quantity.
    • Both flows show a cost preview, including any prorated credit, before you confirm the change.
    • You can also switch between monthly and annual billing frequency from the Billing Frequency card; this also shows a cost preview before you confirm.
Note

Some plan or add-on changes take effect at renewal rather than immediately. If you need a change applied sooner, email [email protected] and you may be prorated for the difference.

Downloading Invoices

Invoices are emailed out for every billing cycle, and you can download them from the email. You can also download invoices from ImmyBot by going to Show More > Billing

  1. Click the Invoice History tab
  2. Find the invoice you need and use the download action to save the PDF

Maintenance Slot Management

Maintenance Slots are managed as part of your plan on the Billing page, using the same Compare Plans / add-on incrementer flow described above.

Maintenance Slots are only applied to computers that you’ve run maintenance against since the beginning of your billing period. You cannot move licenses around after they’re assigned to an endpoint within that billing period.
