Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 are supported only with Extended Security Updates (ESUs).

ImmyBot is designed to work with:
- Managed computers: Windows 10 and 11 (all editions); Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 with ESUs; and Windows Server 2016 or later
- Agent requirements: No separately installed .NET runtime is required. ImmyAgent is a self-contained executable with its .NET runtime bundled, so there is nothing to preinstall on managed computers.
- Browser requirements: The latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari
- PowerShell requirements: PowerShell 5.1 or later

Frequently Asked Questions
What versions of Windows does ImmyAgent support?
Any Windows operating system that is currently supported by Microsoft is generally supported by ImmyBot.
ImmyAgent is written in .NET and distributed as a self-contained, single-file executable. It includes its own .NET runtime, so managed computers do not need a specific .NET version installed separately. Its practical operating-system support therefore follows the Windows versions capable of running a current .NET runtime.
Windows 7 and similar operating systems that are no longer supported by Microsoft are not officially supported by ImmyBot. Older systems may continue to work after the necessary updates are installed, but ImmyBot does not provide support for them.
- Internal testing has shown that Windows 7 and similar systems may continue to work when the necessary updates are installed using a third-party tool such as Legacy Update.
Using Legacy Update or similar tools to run agents on unsupported operating systems is neither endorsed nor supported. Upgrading the operating system is the recommended option. Proceed at your own risk.
Can I install ImmyAgent on macOS or Linux?
No. Non-Windows machines are not supported.
The platform supports only Windows at this time.
Can ImmyAgent run on ARM architecture?
Yes, through emulation.
The agent is not built natively for ARM. It runs as a 32-bit (x86) executable through Windows’ built-in x86 emulation on ARM devices. Although ARM devices are not explicitly considered during agent design, the agent has generally run successfully through this emulation.
