I’m excited to walk you through ImmyBot’s product roadmap. This plan will aid in strengthening automation, reliability, visibility, and the overall partner experience. This roadmap reflects where we’re investing throughout the year and what you can expect as the platform continues to evolve.
1. PSA & Integrations (Halo / ConnectWise)
We’ll start with something many of you have been asking for: deeper PSA integrations. Our goal here is simple—reduce context switching. That means richer syncing between ImmyBot and your PSA so records stay accurate without manual cleanup. We’re also expanding automation between Immy workflows and PSA processes. For example: when operational events occur inside ImmyBot, they can automatically become actionable work inside your PSA. This ensures cleaner data, fewer clicks, and more seamless operations.
2. Patching & Reliability Improvements
Next, we are continuing our investment in Windows patching reliability. Expect improvements that reduce failure rates, expand patching capabilities, and make the experience smoother for end users wherever appropriate. Patching is one of the highest-impact workflows for MSPs, so reliability here remains a top priority.
3. Alerts & Device Health (MSP Essentials)
We’re also bringing more must‑have operational monitoring into ImmyBot. Our emphasis is on high-signal alerts (noise reduction is key). You’ll gain clearer visibility into device health and receive alerts that highlight issues you can actually act on. These improvements help you stay ahead of problems while avoiding alert fatigue.
4. Deployments & Sessions Experience
Another major focus is making deployments and sessions more intuitive, especially for day-to-day technicians. We’re improving clarity around what happened, what failed, and why; along with performance improvements that make the experience smoother and easier to trust. This is all about removing friction from some of the most common workflows in the platform.
5. UI & Navigation Modernization
You’ll also see continued UI and navigation modernization across the product. This includes better navigation patterns that make it easier to work across multiple items without juggling countless browser tabs. These improvements build on our goal to streamline the entire user experience.
6. Reporting & Operational Visibility
We are enhancing how you access key operational data from deployments to maintenance outcomes to the current state of your devices. These improvements target both in-product reporting and PSA-based reporting. The goal is simple: help you understand what’s working, what needs attention, and where you can deliver more value to your clients.
7. Security, Access Control, and Compliance
Security continues to remain foundational. You’ll see the ongoing rollout and refinement of role-based access control (RBAC), including the major release coming with version 0.78.0 at the end of February. Expect stronger security controls, improved auditability, and continued investment in compliance.
8. Onboarding & Customer Enablement
We’re enhancing the onboarding process to make getting started with Immy easier than ever. This includes clearer guidance, better in-product help, and more educational content, both written documentation and new video materials.
9. Platform Performance & Scalability
Finally, we’re continuing backend performance and scalability improvements to keep ImmyBot fast, reliable, and resilient (no matter how much you scale or how complex your environment becomes).
Thank you for your continued partnership! We look forward to building alongside all of you.
