Starting Skeptical

Miranda Gladney, Service Desk Manager of Sullivan Wright Technology, prepared to onboard hundreds of computers for her clients when one of the partners at Sullivan Wright Technology presented an additional wrinkle to the task: Onboard them using ImmyBot.

“I’m always skeptical of new tools and stuff, because there’s always new stuff coming out and it’s not always great,” Gladney said.

“They Can’t Fail”

Based out of Little Rock, Arkansas, Sullivan Wright Technology is an MSP that caters to clients who deal in sensitive information and need next to zero down time. Their clients insurance agencies, attorneys, and businesses in the medical industry.

“They can’t fail. And if they do, it’s a problem—especially with new deployments,” Gladney said.

Putting Immy to the Test

With 75 devices lined up before her, Miranda started adding the Immy agent to each one. The result? A massive pay off.

“We were able to deploy computers faster than we’ve ever been able to deploy them before,” Gladney said. “Being able to build out your clients inside ImmyBot so everything is there on new PCs is a game changer.”
