ImmyBot November Community Call Recap

Our November community call was packed with exciting updates, big milestones, and a sneak peek into what’s coming next for ImmyBot and our partners. If you missed it, here’s what you need to know:

 Big News: We Hit 1,000 Partners!

We kicked off the call with a major celebration—ImmyBot officially crossed the 1,000-Krewe mark! This milestone reflects the incredible support and trust from our community. We’re brainstorming fun ways to celebrate, so stay tuned for giveaways and maybe even some “I was there first” merch.

IT Nation Connect Recap

Many of us just returned from IT Nation Connect, and it was an amazing experience. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to chat! We’ll be sharing more highlights in our newsletter, including details on upcoming Channel Program events and giveaways (hint: a Bambu A1 3D printer is up for grabs).

 Support Updates

October was a productive month for our support team:

  • Subtypes and Actions: Implemented for faster ticket categorization, resolutions, and trend monitoring.
  • Kubernetes Migration: Completed successfully—for more information, read the full blog post here! 
  • Coming Soon: CSAT survey in December and migration of key tasks (Join Azure AD, Set Computer Name, Join Domain) to Configure Directory Task.

No major ticket trends this month, which is always good news!

Sneak Peek: AI-Immy (Not included in recording)

Darren gave us an exciting demo of an AI-driven initiative Darren and Jake are working on! One of the many reasons to join our monthly calls is access to early initiatives that the team is working on. With this project being in the early stages, we will not be posting the recording but appreciate all our partners feedback and are excited to share when we’re ready!

What’s Next

  • December’s call will be our holiday edition and year-end celebrationmark your calendars for December 3rd.
