ImmyBot is moving… from Azure AppServices to Azure Kubernetes clusters! This move is a major step forward in our mission to deliver a faster, more reliable, and scalable platform for all our partners.

So, what does this mean for you?

What You Need to Do to Move Honestly, not much. What you need to do to move in most cases is nothing. Your endpoints will automatically reconnect to the new infrastructure. All your deployments, tasks, and configurations remain intact and fully functional.

What to Expect During the Move You’ll receive an email with your scheduled migration window. During this time, your ImmyBot instance will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 3 to 7 minutes while it spins up on the new Kubernetes infrastructure.

What Happens Once You’re Moved Kubernetes offers enhanced workload management, which means your ImmyBot instance will perform more consistently—especially during peak usage times. You’ll notice smoother operations and fewer interruptions.

Keep in mind, if you use IP whitelisting, you’ll need to update your firewall rules. The new IP addresses will be included in your migration email. You can also retrieve them post-migration by navigating to: Show More → SMTP → Fetch IP Addresses and Domains.

Want to know if your instance is already on Kubernetes? Head to Show More → SMTP → Fetch IP Addresses and Hostnames. If you see 7 IP addresses under “immy.bot IP Addresses” then you’re on AppService. If you see 2 IP addresses under “immy.bot IP Addresses” then you’re on Kubernetes.

We’re confident this upgrade will enhance your experience with ImmyBot. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership.
