ImmyBot Community Call Recap – December Edition

As 2025 ends, our final ImmyBot Community Call of the year was packed with updates, insights, and a little holiday fun! Here’s what you missed:

Community Highlights

  • Holiday Cheer & Traditions: We kicked things off with a lively chat about holiday traditions, from epic Halloween setups to white elephant gift exchanges.
  • Channel Program Holiday Giveaway: ImmyBot gave away a 3D printer as part of the Channel Program’s 12 Days of Giveaways! There are still chances to win big prizes—think drones, pizza ovens, and more. To register, click here.

Looking Ahead to 2026

  • First Community Call: January 7th—mark your calendars!
    • I will resend the calendar invite once we’ve made it more functional!
  • Events: We’ll be at PAX8 Peer Groups (Scottsdale) and Right of Boom early next year. Expect more strategic partnerships and community-driven initiatives in 2026.

2025 Milestones

  • Website Rebrand & New Doc Site: A fresh look and better resources for onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Kubernetes Migration: Faster, more reliable performance for all instances.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Now in beta! RBAC is a game-changer for MSPs, enabling granular permissions and reducing risk.
    • Customer Spotlight: Tre Eiler from Corser shared how RBAC streamlined operations across 25 MSPs and 42,000+ endpoints. His team automated user provisioning and tenant setup using Roost, improving security and efficiency.

Developer Insights

Darren and the dev team discussed upcoming optimizations, including:

  • Enhancing RBAC with MSP-level scopes.
  • Smarter user forms and API improvements.
  • Exploring a centralized portal for instance management and billing.

Holiday Fun

We wrapped up with holiday movie trivia—15 questions, lots of laughs, and a swag bag for the winner. (Congrats, Scott!)

2025 was a landmark year: 1,000 krewe members strong, nine community calls, and countless improvements. Every decision we make is through the lens of supporting MSPs and building community. Here’s to an even bigger 2026!
